The concept
Casa Lola is a lifelong tapas bar, in honor of “LA LOLA” the grandmother of Chef Valentina Salcedo, where classic tapas are served, preserving the tradition in the preparation and conception of the menu based 100% regional cuisine from Spain., which testifies to the most classic tapas, the seasonality of the product, recipes and style. All of this, in a space with the artistic vision necessary to evoke times from the past of Spain and an era in an eclectic way, designing a space of memories which shapes the gastronomic experience.
